I’m Sarika Sakpal. I’m an experienced Web Designer and Multimedia/ Interactive Media developer from Pune, India. Photoshop, Flash and Actionscript are my first loves but I’m spreading my wings towards Flex, WordPress, Drupal and Joomla.

Brief History

Along with my college graduation I took up a 2 year Multimedia Diploma course, in 2004, when I was hooked and my tryst with the field of multimedia began. Though I was able to acquire basic skills in softwares ranging from print media to 3d modeling and audio/video editing, I found my calling in Web Graphics design and Multimedia.

Upon completing my graduation and diploma I spent some time doing freelance work when in 2006 I joined Dharne Systems, a web design and development company. My role at Dharne Systems started out as a Jr. Graphics Designer. I went out to become a Flash Programmer and later lead their Web Design team up until October 2008. In the course of these 2 years I designed and developed several static and dynamic flash websites, flash presentations and lead my team successfully in developing various static and dynamic websites.
